Delivery

Free Delivery for Orders Over £100: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £100. For orders below £100, a delivery charge of £5.99 will apply.

24-Hour Express Delivery Option: If you require faster delivery, you can opt for our 24 Hour Express Delivery at a cost of £9.99. Please contact us via the “Get in Touch” page before placing your order to arrange this option.

Reputed Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier partners such as UPS, EVRI, and Royal Mail to ensure efficient and reliable deliveries.

Shipment Delays: In the event of any delays in shipment caused by the courier, we will follow the guidelines provided by the courier’s website to address the issue promptly. If there is a late dispatch, we will contact our customers to find the best solution, which may include offering partial discounts or waiving delivery charges.

Dispatch Timing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placing your order from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday due to the weekend holidays. Please note that bank holidays and other holidays will add to the shipping and dispatch time, such as New Year’s and Christmas.

Delivery Time Scale: Our standard delivery time scale is 3 to 5 business days. If you have arranged for Express Delivery before placing your order, the cost will be £9.99 with a cut-off time of 12:00 Midday.

Handling Courier Delays: If there is any delay caused by the courier, we will take the responsibility to chase, track, or replace items as per the Royal Mail, UPS, or EVRI guidelines. Our aim is to ensure that customers do not face any inconvenience due to issues arising from the courier companies.

Refunds

Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their orders before they are shipped out.

Return Period: Upon receipt of the goods, customers have 14 days to initiate a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items: In the case of faulty goods or items not as described, customers will be refunded in full after the receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 days after we receive the returned items. The actual refund may take up to 10 days, depending on the method of payment and the customer’s bank processing time.
